The Refuge has recently launched a new program designed to help youth with addictions.  The Landing is a program for people with all sorts of addictions....addictions to drugs, alcohol, sex, violence, video games, eating, and the like.

After one of the sessions, a youth came into The Refuge the next day and began promoting it amongst the other youth telling them, "You have to go to this program....you need to go to this program."  In fact, so affected by what he had learned at The Landing, he confessed to Alexis Smid (operations manager) that last night he "flushed [his] drugs down the toilet"!
